Title: Fairing storage pouch
Post by: ghostrider_23 on April 26, 2011, 04:05:58 PM
I have a brake disc lock and at times wonder where besides my pocket could I put this thing. SO I was thinking, has any one fitted a small pouch or little holder on the front inside of the fairing?

Or has anyone designed or develop a method of carring small thing like keys, etc...

I've also thought about installing an accessory plug counter sank into one of the side fairings

I use a tankbag. I always have it on the bike, and I keep my lock in there and some other things I always want to have with me. Or you could use a tailbag. If you didn't want to go that route, you might be able to attach a fanny pack ahead of the bars somewhere.

Installing a cig lighter plug is easy, many people on this forum have done it. I have one but haven't mounted it yet.  I was going to bolt it on the inside of one of the front fairing panels.

Will it fit under the seat near the tool kit?

Yeah I was gonna ask about under the seat too. I bet it'd fit under there somewhere.
