Title: HELP WIRING CRAP!!!!!!!

bought GS 500 guy I bought it from had it set up to race he unplugged lights, left and right handlebar switch housings , I'm getting no power to light plug ends and CANT FIND A FUSE BOX!!!!!!
HELP . I want to put this thing on the road

Fuse box on an 89 is behind the right panel, on all other years its behind the battery.

I dont see it .... in ethier place ! shaZam!... have any pictures.. I work on bikes at a shop and I cant find it ....

Moved it here - its not racing - though I can see you bought a race bike - but it will get more visibility here - I think.
Besides you need parts, maybe time to post a WTB ?

Do I need the handlebar controls plugged in to complete the circuit so I get power to the headlight and tailight plug ends on the main harness?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Headlight goes through the left controls because that switches between low and high beam. You can use a wiring diagram and short them in the absence of the left controls.  Left controls is also the horn, clutch switch and holds the choke lever. Clutch switch can be shorted out and probably has been as well as the other safety switches, since it was a track bike.
Before it was required the headlight be on all the time, the right controls had a headlight on/off switch (we see a flat spot above the start button now that covers where that switch was located).
Tail light/license plate light is controlled by the ignition switch. Brake light is through the brakes but the master on/off is through the ignition.
Study the wiring diagram.
