So my fork seems to have something going on. Its a 94 so im pretty sure its just time for seals and springs and things. I bottom out really easily when i pull into a driveway or hit a bump at low speed. If i am looking at a rebuild.... Is it time to search for a different front end from another bike and upgrade? Or just fix what ive got? Thanks guys!

You only need seals if you see leakage.
the stock springs are soft.... my 09 model is like a feather lol
I wouldn't change front ends unless you have some experience at doing these types of mods.I have a Katana 750 front on my bike.Worth it,well maybe.Braking is better,but weight is up.Cool,he77 yeah.It was a pain in the @$$ to get everything to work together.Before the Katana front end, I had Progressive springs and 50w fork oil.After that upgrade I had to change the rear shock.I went with a first gen Katana 600 rear shock.

50w fork oil.I have ran 90w.Factory is like 5w or 10w
where do i find aftermarket springs for this fork? i have rebuilt a few forks in my days so im not concerned about that.....a whole front end swap is probly not going to happen right now though. thanks for the replies everyone!
I hate to say this, but if you do a search there are so many posts on this it will blow your mind.
Springs are a very economical upgrade, and absolutely worth doing on the GS. I've Racetech springs in my race bike and will vouch for their quality, but I'd absolutely recommend Sonic based on my experience with the owner here on GSTwins.
.80 and .85 seem to be very popular here on GSTwins. If you are in the right weight range for those springs, consider them since they will tend to hold their resale value.
At the rear, throw on a 06+ R6 rear shock. You'll need the lower spacer, bolt, and nut from the R6. Other than that, it's a pretty straight forward swap.
