Hello,
I have recenlty come upo na problem where I am unable to purcahse the bar end mirrors that i purchased from ebay. i only spend 10$ inc shipping for the set, so obviously I know that they are a knockoff brand. It says that they should fit all 7/8 hollow bars but I have no idea how to install them. I have the superbike bars (hollow).

Got a pair of what looks (from the pic) like the same ones Inc soon.
Havnt installed any yet but from what i read I think you just tighten the end of it and the inside expands??

If they still move to much after tightening try wrapping a little sandpaper around the inside of the bar to reduce the diameter.

Use sticky back sand paper.

I just wrapped some electrical tape around mine (the part that expands) and they hold great now.

Just gotta catch the little bastard first.
I installed similar mirrors. Just took off the expandable piece that fits inside the bar and fit it between the bar end my bar end weight. The bar end holds it pretty tight, it doesnt move at all.
I bought some bar end mirrors thinking it would look amazing; seems pretty straight forward installation, but when I am trying to take off the bar ends from the handlebars they won't loosen. The screw is turning, but its not getting any looser - am I missing something?

assuming you have a recent bike, your bar ends look like this:

Once you start to unscrew it, it will just turn because the nut only presses against the rubber bushing. The screw does not srew into anything fastened to the inside of your bars (unless older factory clip on style bars) Once loose, it will just turn UNLESS you pull gently on the bar end as you unscrew it, so there is some pressure of the nut on the rubber bushing
HOWEVER - DO NOT COMPLETELY REMOVE THE SCREW!
You only need to get it loose (which you've done). Then, wiggle the bar end off. It will slide out. If you completely remove the screw, you leave the bushing and a nut inside your bars.
