Shad makes mountings for their top and/or side cases for the GS500.  Someone here showed them a while back, maybe you can find pics by searching.  Shad site lists some US dealers.

Cycleluggage.com sells the Shad hard side cases and top cases.  They are pricey though.  The side cases are about $415 plus another $275 for the racks to mount them to.  The top cases start at $80, but require another mouting bracket.  Around $900 for the brackets, side and top cases.  Which explains why I'm still using Cortech bags.

TwistedThrottle use to carry the FiveStar racks but they use to special order them for the GS500, might be worth a call.  I think Kerry had them way back when.  I see they are still available in UK:

Twisted Throttle also sells a quick-release mounting kit for Pelican side-cases. The kit costs $185, and the Pelican cases that fit cost about $100 each. You'll also need a rack like the Motech Alu-Rack, which TwistedThrottle sells for $135. So that would come to about $500. Here are some links:

Edit: Actually I think that Motech rack will only mount a top-case. Don't know if they sell side racks for the GS500, might try contacting them.

Two Germans Came From Africa On Qantas To Sell Diamonds

I'd say, you might want something in the range of "To Sell" right?

Try Hepco & Becker. You'll be sure to find something... as long as you got the money  :thumb:
