Title: Armstrong wavy discs. Any good?
Post by: bombjack on June 20, 2011, 11:07:06 AM
Hi,

I need to replace the front brake disc because it's worn beyond specs.
Is Armstrong discs any good? I haven't heard much about them. Anyone tried them?

Yes - they seem to work well, resist warping better than other brands that I have tried

Thanks Miraz. Have you tried one on a GS500?

Yes - but I'm running a gsxr front end, so I'm using twin 320mm front rotors

Installed the new brakedisc a week ago, and these discs are great. Breaking power is excellent and they look awesome.
