thanks, was enjoying ride too much. accident on the right of me, bottlenecking traffic in front of me. minivan slams on brakes, by the time i reacted i didnt have enough braking room left, lowsided under minivan and went into oncoming traffic (luckily nothing was oncoming).

was wearing back protector, race boots, mesh pants with knee armor, mesh jacket with armor, helmet, gloves.

bruised knee and toe. just sore.

I have been looking for new handle bar controls.  Let me on the condition of yours when you get a chance.

Sometimes its better to be lucky.

Looking for offers on full bike as of now, haven't come up with a price yet since I am waiting for it to be towed back to my place. Sucks, I bought the bike with 3000 miles on it a few months ago. I'll take more pictures and post them.

sucks that happened :(
glad ur ok tho  :thumb:

If this happened a few weeks to a month ago I probably woulda bought it for a parts bike since im only up near Scranton Pa.
Not that it happening at all is a good thing, not saying that.

Just saying, had some extra $ then but its pretty much gone now and the rest is going to fix mine.

I'll start the bidding at $300 if it has a clear title.  If you go the parting out route, talk to PachmanP.  He is rebuilding his wrecked bike and needs a few odds and ends.

Hey man,
Sorry to hear of your accident.
I'm in Lancaster not far away and would be interested in:
*stock exhaust -- I need to repaint mine and this way I could repaint a spare and switch them every few years. :)
*both complete fork legs if they are NOT bent from the crash.  I don't need the triple clamps.
I'd go for the valve cover gasket and o-rings too, for the right price.
Let's talk.
PM me with your phone number?
I'm glad you're OK.
Best wishes,
Trwhouse  :)

put new h-bars  on the trd and ride it

a few scratches add character

the difference between a clean bike and a wrecked bike.... is about 3 FT

Speedometer

I needs them. It's been one day and I miss my gs.

I know Jared has all of those parts in his shed, send him a PM   :thumb:

this frame thing has me too worried, I won't be able to ride it confidently anymore so I am going to sell as a parts bike or a fixer upper for someone. sorry baltimoreGS, $300 is too low. The engine alone is worth that.

True, but I have to account for my time/money spent getting the bike, time spent stripping the engine and other parts off the bike and leave room to make a profit after shipping the parts to make it worth my effort   ;)  You may consider parting it yourself if you find a buyer for the engine   :thumb:

Sold. Someone bought it last night. Someone's going to have a nice beater bike on the cheap.
