Woo, got my first speeding ticket on my bike. Got tagged by a cop on a Harley shooting LIDAR, 51 in a 35. Fun stuff. It's going to cost me $158...
Bummer. If you're gonna get bagged for speeding you may as well go 85 in a 65 zone and make it somewhat worthwhile!
I have only one thing to say - http://nelsonhaha.com/
Just kidding. You watch I just put the knockers on myself. Speeding ticket here we come. :tongue2:

85 around here is considered reckless driving, they arrest you for that as of two years ago. That would've just about ruined my week. Oh well, I don't work until wednesday, time to find something fun to do.

usually anywhere 20+ over is considered reckless. ive taken people in/booked them for that. IF they were deserving it. many times htey just got a masssive ass ticket and were sent home. dependign on how hteyve behaved in teh past. but many times LEO's wont write a reckless ticket. cause its too much work lol. then again if youre a dangerous driver/rider more often then not, odds are youll get stopped on your bike/car and ride off in thiers
I got done a couple months back for doing 65 in a 50 - in my car!. Mind you, I came Off a 60 zone road and the 50 zone road was NOT signed. I also had to speed up to get around the cop car which was creating a shicane, to avoid the oncoming car - cause two cars cannot fit in one space. Fackers wouldn't budge
Turns out, Unless you see a sign it is automatically a 50 zone. What kind of stupid ass rule is that?
When I paid at the Dept of transport - which are the people who set the limits - the lady behind the counter thought the road I got done on was a 60 zone as well and she travels it daily for work.
I get my points back in 3 years. :o
Not happy Jan

my record was awful years ago, haha. I didn't really ride for a few years though, so now that I'm back on a bike I got a fresh start. Happy to report I haven't gotten pulled over since.
