Title: Tool kits on Ebay
Post by: Erika on July 05, 2011, 04:12:50 PM
I just bought a '94 GS500e, but it didn't come with its tool kit. I was looking on Ebay and was wondering... will kits from different years work universally on all GS500's? I noticed the special tool to adjust the shock and wasn't sure if they are all the same.

yeah, good enough
or
go buy a small tool pouch
a set of 8,10,12,14,17,19mm wrenches
a phillips and a standard screwdriver and a pair of needle-nose pliers

only other thing you might need is the shock wrench....

And the stock shock wrench isn't worth much, IMHO. Big screwdriver and 5# mallet works better :)
