Like the title states, I don't care if it's been painted different colors, rashed up, cracked, riddled with bullet holes, lit on fire, etc, etc. As long as it holds the basic shape of the original fairing and is cheap. I mean "sitting in the back of the garage as a housing complex for spiders" kind of cheap.

I have a left 2008 fairing that got cracked and scratched up in a low-speed get-off that I'd be willing to let go cheap. Shipping could get a bit pricey though, if you're not anywhere near the Northern California area. I'd let it go for $20 plus any shipping costs. Let me know if interested and I'll send you a pic.
I have the right fairing too but it's in excellent condition, could probably get $60-70 plus shipping for it on eBay.

Sure, take your time. I'm in no hurry to sell the fairings. I prefer leaving them off, but was planning on just holding on to them in case I end up selling my GS down the road (not likely though, having too much fun riding it :D).
I'd be glad to sell you both side fairings, but I do like to leave my front cowling on, so I'd be reluctant to let that go. I don't know if by "complete set" you also meant the front "fairing"/cowling, so I just wanted to be clear on that.

I have a 2010 front and left fairing available. The Front is just cracked, and the left fairing is cracked into about 3 different pieces. Le me know if you're interested, and I'll send you some pictures
