He'll get charged, get a reduction, and spend less then a year in jail, while the familys of the deceased and the wounded pay funeral and medical bills and mourn for much more then a year.

I hope not, I considered him a friend but still think he should be in jail for a looooong time. Hes only 51, so he doesnt even need life to never get out. If he does get out, and I ever end up stream side fishing with some mutual friends, it will be hard not to sock him in the face and push him in :icon_twisted:
Stories like this make me want to never ride a motorcycle (on the street) ever again. I heard about this, and decided not to ride today. Just shows you that no matter how safe you are being, it doesnt even matter :cry:
Sad thing is, I feel like I'll be surprised if he even ends up with a careless driving ticket
Edit: just notice it says he's an ex cop, I'll be REALLY surprised if he gets a ticket.

oye. then again if he ends up with an extended stay at the greybar hotel, they DSILIKE cops inside WITH them. even EX.
