Yup, however Ill probably return it for now. I felt pretty dumb when I opened the headlight to see the wire sitting there.

i did this with my 4th gs. kept it. wrapped the package and taped it up. an dput it inside the headlight bucket. no issues. told its buyer it has a spare headlight. showed them by opening the bucket. btw ive used the round lights off of cj5 jeeps in the past when i was between lights or post accident. guy that hit my 97gs, was uninsured. i was uninjured. told him you can do one of two things. either pull over and wait for cops. and i can get suzuki parts and you pay? or we go over there. and i take one of your headlights and we call it paid infull

Does keeping it inside the headlight in the package pose any kind of fire hazard? I keep some spare bulbs and my cargo net in the recess under my seat where the tool kit is supposed to go.
Bulb needs to be kept dirt, water and generally free of everything, you cant even touch it.
Cool.
Buddha.
Figured, I keep them in little plastic bags.
