I need some new bars actually... how much will these change the riding position? Do these offer similar comfort to the OEM bars or do they offer more of an aggressive position similar to clip-ons?
I'll take them. How much to australia?

I can't say for sure because I've never had them on my 500. But judging from how they change the riding position on the SV, they are definitely more aggressive than OEM. On the SV650 these bars (Type 2) position you halfway between the clip-ons of the SVS and the bars of the SVN.

I have no idea. But I've shipped to Europe before and if that is any indication... I don't think it will be worth it to you. It has to add another 60 - 70 bucks to the total cost.
