Title: Rubber Gaskets that go around the gauges?

The rubber gaskets (or is it a bezel?) that go around the gauges individual on my bike are dryrotted, causing the gauges to be loose... Anyone know an easy source for these?

Its an OEM part, number 492921-001. My parts manual describes it as a "Damper"

You can fabricate better ones using inner tube and O ring, but well it doesn't look right.
