Dude ... everything is far from Nova Scotia, I think that may actually be the definition of Nova scotia - very far in french isn't it.

Cool.

A Works shock? $250? I had one - no one made any offer on it so I just gave it away.
I know they're supposed to be good, but no one on the board had anything good to say about them.

Jacob - Shipping to Nova Scotia would be way more than its worth. You just need to come with an excuse to visit Ohio :)

adidasguy - I know what was paid for this particular shock and $250 seemed like a deal.  I took a stab at the price, I guess I won't get it...

I'm returning calls and pms within the next 30 min or so. Its been a long day of meetings.

You might. There are new people on the board and people's needs change. It is a great shock - in my opinion. For me it was too stiff for my weight and city street riding. I remember what I paid for mine and it was used. If I was into track or weighed more, I'd have it on a bike.

I had no offers, unfortunately...

I'm contemplating some of the parts you have. Need to inventory what I have and see what I need more of.
For a while I thought you were in Canada when I briefly read some posts, but Ohio is OK for shipping.

After a very busy day yesterday, I'm willing to deal on this. I'm a teacher and school is back in - I just don't have the time to sell this piecewise. I'd like to find a buyer for the entire package. If someone buys everything I'll let it go for $1800 for a quick sale.

It actually means "New Scotland" but close!

How much work has gone into the race engine? What condition? I'm rebuilding my race bike... Have a frame, newer suspension, etc... But my engine is toast. I was planning to rebuild with race parts, but I know the cost. If you're interested, I'd like to buy the race engine off of you, and the stocker can go into the frame. Will pay more than asking price for the stock engine, of course.

If the carbs and intake are setup for the engine, I'd be interested in them as well. I can provide stock replacements for everything.
