The title says 89-2002 but i was wondering if it would be accurate on a 2009. thanks.

It would be OK. It won't cover the minor changes so you might want a Haynes that goes through 2008 or so so you have notes on the latest changes to the engine and notes regarding the fairing and electronic tach, and so forth.

How does Haynes compare with Clymer? I noticed on the Wiki it says to go Clymer for more detail. I haven't seen either but is Haynes really that bad?

You can order either from Drysdale Auto Books in Bowen Hills (Brisbane) - 07 3852 5075 - or hunt down a PDF download (there are some floating around here  :thumb: :thumb:)
