Title: slight problem..

i just got a new chain and sprocket, i got everything on there but now theres now tension on the clutch lever. i cant figure out why, i looked at the oem part picture and everything looks right? any ideas?

Sprocket cover not aligned correctly,clutch pushrod not connecting with the worm drive.

Check both ends of the clutch cable are where they should be, (inner and outer of the cable) and make sure the cover over the sprocket is seated properly, if it is not flush with the engine case it will upset the clutch adjustment. At this stage I would not adjust the clutch as its obviously something wrong with the way it went back together and adjusting it will mask the real problem.
