they can take the registration or hteir DL to the DMV and get a duplicate. watch them come up wiht a reason why he or she cannot  :cookoo:

actually does. idk what the expense would be to get the title for it. whether one would have to go thru cali DMV, or what, but or what would be involved
although i cant get close enough to that tag to see what state it is.

This is another lovely one. I'm not sure why you would stretch a kat 6, and additionally the bike was "stolen and the bike had speakers and a radio put in it and they messed up all the fairings"

And there's no title. I wonder if the bike was stolen by him?
