Title: To the people with avatars bigger than 100 x 100

Please rezise them down to 100 x 100 max or ask someone on the board to help you.  If you have no web space to host your avatar, avatar hosting is available from kerry (see link above), all you have to do is email him the avatar or link to the pic you want as your avatar -he will resize it for you.
