so, i was putting my wheels back on, bleeded the brakes, everthing OK, pumped it a few times until the lever got firm, now I'm just forgetting 1 thing, is it normal to the pads always be grinding on the rotor? the wheel will spin but not freely, this in the front wheel.

Also NOT an expert here, but I believe when you first put on the brakes and the bike hasn't been ridden yet, it's normal for them to put resistance on the wheel before they get settled. I would make sure that they're greased on the back and the clips and holders, make sure that it works when you pull the front brake, and take it for a slow ride.
yap, they do brake well, gonna take it out for some rides and see how things come out

It is normal for brake pads to Lightly touch the rotor.

^ what he said. You will hear a little bit of friction when the wheel turns and that is normal.
It's normal for the to lightly touch the rotor, but not normal for them to drag heavily. With the bike on the center stand and the wheel off the ground you should be able to get at least 3 revolutions without putting a lot of force into spinning the wheel.
Pads can stick. On 93 bike, it got so bad that pushing the bike around the paddoc took a huge amount of effort. When that happens, the only fix it rebuild or replace the brake calipers.
in my case the wheel wont spin at all. i didint take it for a ride yet, will it go to place or is it better to fix it?
you also have to break in the news pads. carefully speed up to ~30mph and do a near full stop 10x. it will help reduce the contact as the surfaces become parallel
The pads will be tight until the first couple of times you brake, then they will seat themselves.
Be careful that the rotor doesn't have any warp spots in it otherwise you'll wear the pads out quickly.
Last but not least please check to see if you have a glaze or mirror finish on your rotor. If you do pads will not help as you will be braking on an ice like finished rotor.
check to see you have wheel spacer and axle spacer in properly then check caliper is mounted properly. and caliper pins are free so pads will locate . i assume you have had whole wheel out.
