Title: How do you remove the needle from the diaphragm

In the 2004+ carbs how do you remove the enrichment needle from the carb diaphragm? Mine seems to be stuck and I don't want to force things unnecessarily.

use a pair of needle nose pliers and grip the plastic tag that is in the middle of the plastic slide and pull firmly it will come free along with small stainless washer and needle components ,dont lose them and reasemble in same order(http://i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z380/twinrat/IMG_0089.jpg)

This is where you add a washer right?

add another washer under the one thats there
