Okay around 4th gear, and above. I almost have maybe 10% engine braking. Also when holding my bike around 40mph its like slightly chugging? like its not huge, I JUST FILLED IT UP WITH GAS. and was on the way back, and i was feeling a slowing down, chugging when I was holding a steady speed, My bike picks up fine, but when trying to keep a steady speed, it chugs and it scares the Sh!t outta me when taking corners, because I don't want it to chug real hard, and throw me off.. So for now. back to the sidewalk it goes. anyone have an idea on what could possibly be wrong?
Also Where can I get a carb rebuild kit for a 2005 GS500f, I'm just gonna fix that now.. Also I need cable lube, where can I buy this? Everything has to be online cause the bike shops around me charge an arm and a leg for this stuff.
Edit: also where can I get a complete o-ring/gasket set for the same bike?
So if you're in 4th doing 50mph it feels like it's chugging?

BikeBandit.com has a lot of good prices. Check them...
As far as your running issue, the "chugging" like you're describing sounds like a lean surge which unfortunately could be a whole host of problems. Could be carb is gummed up. Could be the petcock is messed up, could be could be could be...you know what I mean. Sorry!
A more simple solution is checking that there are no kinks in your chain. You can do this by simply rolling it forward slowly and keep going and see if there are any "tight" spots that you can feel. My 07 has a similar problem cause the chain is junk on it. Feels like it's bucking slightly.
I would guess a partially clogged main jet. turning the fuel screws out a half turn might also solve this issue...as stated above, sounds like she is starving for fuel at 2/3 to wfo throttle. i would give both of those a go 1st.....
my 2 cents
I think I just need to rebuild the carbs, cause if I tried tuning the carbs anymore the screws would fall out... cause none of this was happing before the carbs got shot.
