Wild guess but considering that the photo is taking with film its hard to tell without the film strip itself. but Location, somewhere in the mid west. and I'm gonna guess 1989 on when it was taken. but the front bike is a Yamaha FZR 400RR.
1988 FZR 600 ( or 400 ) and a 1983 (or 84) CBX750F if I'm not mistaken.... Location... Somewhere in England or Scotland... (Red Phone booth on the right and big license plates on the bikes..)
Bonus points... I'm thinking an older BMW on the left but not sure...
