Title: Stiff Cluth Lever

Hey guys i'm hoping you can help i have not ridden the bike in a couple of days as its been raining when i last rode the bike it was in the rain and i noticed today that they cluth lever is hard to move however earlier in the week it was fine. I sprayed some WD40 on the lever hoping this would losen it up but it hasnt. What else can i try? Thanks

Possible the pin has corrosion. You can remove the screw and be sure it is clean and lubed. (Watch the video so you don't destroy the clutch switch). Also lube the pivot point where the cable is held by the lever. Lithium grease is better than WD40 for the lever.

Another possibility is you need to lube the cable. You need to remove the lever to free up the end of the cable to properly lube it.  WD40 is OK or get cable lube from a bike shop or hardware store.

I heard rumors of your videos but had never seen them. Excellent work man...very informative. :)
