I saw a 1995 F3 with 38000 miles and a small slide scratch on the right side for $1200 - $1500 clean title is this a good buy?

the first one is a good deal, the second is not (38k miles!)

check out (as I have) www.cbrworld.net . they have a special discussion forum for the f3 and a classified section so you can see (as I have recently) how much they sell for.

They're good bikes with hideous graphics, except for the 98 model in red, which for some reason came with minimal graphics...looks great and not very dated.
