I am new to this whole smoked meat world so I would like to start with good recipes / advice out of the box.

Does that mean your Yamaha is stuffed with a Honda which is stuffed with a Kawasaki which is stuffed with a Suzuki?
Is "meat" a codename for something else that is smoked or are we talking about real meat?

See, down here if someone is a Smoker they are Smoking a certain kind of meat, ala Lewinski style ;) ;)

I tried smoking meat one time. It got me high as a kite. Didn't like it at all. I think I'll stick to traditional smokables.

tbh it was. ( ive had 4 gs' ) my first gs was a bonafied yamahonkawazuki. i had a decal set made up for it to replace the suzuki tank decal. my 3rd gs also a 97 was going to be the john deere bike.

Still in AZ, still alive for now. Still have bikes. Was hoping somebody here was a smoking master. Not everybody cooks diner at home I guess.
ps. I smoked a whole chicken, a single breast and some turkey wings. Freaking awesome.

I once made some beef jerky at home, which was fantastic. Although, that's more of meat dehydrating than smoking.
Smoking meat... never heard it called that before. I've heard "getting head" or bj's.

:o you like smoking meatEh?. i thought it was sheep. anyhoo ive rigged up a smoker using an oven before. ( a GOOD vent is a MUST ) even so count on smoke alarms going off. and house smelling like what youre cooking. but mainly used soaked hickory chips. even have soaked some in whiskey.
