My bike seems to be missing the little rubber strap under the seat that goes over the tool kit to hold all of my documents down!
Does anyone have one of these, or does anyone know where I can find one?

Don't have 'em.
There is a real strap. Then Suzi came with just a large rubberband/o-ring. Seems that would be just fine. Other wise like $4 at a dealer for a real one.
Never see them as spare parts. probably because they either get lost of rot away and fall off.
Its not a specific GS500 part - just a rubber strap with a steel square loop at each end. May be able to find anything of the right length for there or just get a big o-ring or rubber band.
