Title: New Guy- CT
Post by: Ski1215 on February 25, 2012, 12:35:46 PM
Hi there. I just purchased an 01 GS500 for my g/f to ride so I figured I'd join up and add another forum to the ol' list.

Bike is an 01 that I knew the history of. Last year my roommate bought it and learned to ride on it. He recently upgraded to a larger bike so I picked up this one on the cheap. My girlfriend has a lot of fun riding with me so we are going to try her out this spring time. I know everyone likes pictures so I took a few.

Kind of a crappy shot in my garage. All the junk in the background is NOT MINE. My landlord is kind enough to give me 1 bay of his garage to use. My bay is neat and organized with all the bike and the rest of the crap is his.

Here's my ride, 08 FZ6

Hey, mate, welcome to the forum.

To the collective, is that front tyre on the wheel the wrong around? And is that a flat spot?

The tires only several months old, I can't imagine it's a flat spot. However the fire traveling the correct direction, I'm not entirely sure. I hadn't picked that up until now.  :icon_confused:
