So i want to upgrade all lights on this bike (I Like LED's and Bright, shiny things... :D).
Gauge: Some White T5 SMD LED's
Front Blinkers: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170795396887?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
Headlight: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170780267852?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
Headlight Park Light: White T10 SMD LED
Tailight/Rear Blinkers:http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/280697361601?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_4274wt_1163
I Think i have covered it all, for the blinkers to stop them blinking too fast i will be using some 25w 6 Ohm Resistors and so the Blinker LED Works i will be using 2x 1N4001 diodes.
Questions i have:
1. How many LED's in total are there in the gauge cluster?
2. Is that the right size resistor to be using?
3. Are the diodes im going to be using, the correct ones?
Check the wiki before you buy - there's lots of info in there about led bulbs.
Resistors are worthless - the cause more problems than they solve. Get a proper led turn signal relay from www.superbrightleds.com.
