Title: Manual
Post by: Tomas on December 08, 2003, 01:20:29 PM
Hello, I'm looking for the Suzuki GS500E repairmanual. Haynes or Clymer in PDF-format or something. I have other manuals if you want to trade.  Or maybe if someone have the pages including Valve clearance. I now there is a guy who has an instruction about that but I prefer Haynes or Clymer.  Sorry for my bad English    Thanx!  :)

Welcome to the site! Don't know if there's anything like the manual in PDF format on the web, but there is the link "Buy a Repair Manual" in the upper left corner of this webpage. Also, I think the valve clearances are listed in the Maintenance section. Gonna check, be right back. Nope, but they are .03mm - .08mm. for both intake and exhaust.

Thanks Kerry and scratch. I know the valve clearances and have read Marc's instruction but I would prefer read it from Haynes, Clymer or Original. Because I want to be 100% sure. Don't want to make misstakes. Have already read shims size needed, is it possible Kerry to scan all pages including valve clearances? Can help you with other manuals.
