Title: Busa Shock

Does anyone know if a Busa shock will fit out bikes? I havent had a chance to actually go look at it so I went to the next best source you lovely people!!! :cookoo:

Based off pics alone, that resevoir looks like it *might* possibly pose a problem.  The R6 for example has a resevoir but its almost parallel to the top of the mount, the degree rise on that bussa one is steeper.  And I don't know the length.

I say you'll have issues with clearing the air box.

I dunno. I was just up under my bike trying to install a (wrong model year) R6 shock and that Hyabusa shock reservoir looks like it might tuck right around that lower airbox corner. This from a man who can't match pictures or compatible shocks.

Might want to look into swapping out the springs if it does fit - the Busa is a LOT heavier than a GS.

If I can get it to fit on I might look into switching the spring. But I'm 230lbs plus the 10lbs of extra crap in my work bag.
