Title: Jetting questions
Post by: gsatterw on April 06, 2012, 04:45:02 PM
Ok so here's the deal. I've got the 22.5, 60, 137.5, performance exhaust, k&n lunchbox air filter, 2.5 turns on the air screw, needle set to one notch away from pointed side and 2 washers. I cant get the rpm's past 6. I took it for a spin and could get it moving but had no acceleration. The engine would die if i gave it a lot of throttle. Too lean or too rich? She idles beautifully. Any suggestions?

Graham

Sounds lean to me, but could also be fuel starvation at higher rpms too. Did you check the wiki?
