Rode the bike again for the first time in a month since I busted my foot.
Up Shifting is a bit painful because the shifter hits right on where the break was. But feeling the (cold) wind makes it all worth it!
YAHOO! Congratulations, James, and Welcome Back!
Excellent news James.
A month is a long time to not ride!
Good drugs though, eh?
Riding is so therapudic, you will heal faster when you're happy. Glad you're feelin' better!
SWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

Welcome back!!!!
Good to be back, I have a lot of problems with inflamation on the top of the left foot and I now use a technique of changing with the heel, this is far less painfull. May be of use, depends where the pain is of course.
Thanks guys!
Of course it is raining cats and dogs today...
:x
Cal- How do you upshift with your heel???
Eh....
I don't think I'm coordinated enough for that. Especally on a YZF, I would probably catch my toes on the ground and hurt them again.
I've managed to make it sound difficult but it's a slice of gateaux, try it, it works with the foot almost level.
