Title: Photoshoppers or other artistic PC people? need help.
Post by: Toogoofy317 on April 18, 2012, 09:40:11 AM
So, at work we are trying to put up a couple extra security monitors but we have choice take down the flat screens every night and take them to the office or find a way they can tuck under the desk. During the day the receptionist can't see over them. Well, I'm not into hauling krap around.

Here is what a came up with but I don't have software that can move things in three dimensions and don't have the artistic talent to draw them. here is what I've come up with so far but I don't know what program I can use to put them together so I can show my boss what is rattling around in my brain!

I need the quarter circle piece to go onto wall mount (black hole would be where the mounting pin goes through to allow it to swivel) then the articulating arm would mount onto the quarter circle. Does that make sense?

Or if anyone has any better ideas I'm open to it as well!

i can help you. but need more info this is about as vague as it gets mary. that piece on the left, where dies it go? the quarter circle piece mounts to it. but the hole in it allos the monitor to tuck under or out of the way, right? can you give me the make and model of that mount on the left. ( immediately beside the quarter circle, and then what it would attach to)

The quarter circle would fit onto the mount on the far left the pin would go through the black hole I labeled. The mount would be mounted on the side of the desk underneath where the quarter circle would rotate in and out. Then the articulated arm would be mounted onto the quarter circle. So, the quarter circle rotates out and the articulated arm allows you to pull the monitor up and out.

Hope that helps!
