Alright so I've been putting this off (have never done this) because I've been busy. Well I'd like to finish it today and I'm mechanically retarded I guess...here are a few questions:

Do I need to open up the green circle area (is this where the needles are?). The screw is extremely stripped as pictured, any ideas on how to get it out? I have and extractor but am still worried

Do I drill out that brass plug (light green circle?) and what do I replace it with?
Do the pink jets look like they are in the right place? And then the old jet (purple circle) just goes back in?
Do I tighten those jets fully?

Where does this go? On the needle under those caps?
Thanks for any help - I will pay anyone who helps me if they want. I'm just so confused
Ok. To answer your questions:
1. The screws that are stripped are not Phillips, but JIS. Look like Phillips, but they are not. Get a pair of vice grips and they will come out. Replace with stanless steel cap screws. M5 I believe for the top, M4 for the bottom bowl.
2. Yes, It's the top where you put a washer under the needle.
3. The jets are pilot, mid-main, main in order of depth in the bowl from shallow to deep. The main is held by a spacer shim in the purple oval pic.
4. The brass plug in your picture is where the idle mixture screw is located. You will have to drill this out. Take a small bit and drill carefully. Then take a screw and pull out.

Awesome, you're the best thanks so much. What do you mean by vice grips? What do I do with those?
So my jets look fine or do I need to take apart that main and replace with one of the jets that are already in there?
Do I replace the plug with anything or just leave it open?
Take some long nose vice grips and clamp on the screw. Then turn counterclockwise. Screw should come out with a little patience.
Just leave plug open and discard plug. There is a flat head screw underneath that controls idle mixture. Most of us use 3 turns out each side. In=leaner, Out=richer. Carefully screw unroll slight resistance, then loosen 3 full revolutions.
Take apart the main from the threaded spacer and clean or replace with a new one. Just be sure that you are replacing the main with a main and tge mid main with a mid main...meaning don't get mixed up or your bike will run very badly. There should be a number stamped near the screw head. If it's 2 digits like 60 or 62.5, etc then it's the mid main. 3 digits like 130 or 135, yeah that's the main.
