I can't make it out on my phone, but why was the back tire skipping?
I'm not sure myself the camera didn't catch much, a rear lock up maybe?
I thought it was spinning the same amount as the front, but hopping like it was severely out of balance or something.
Either way, that's a shame to wreck such a nice bike. Glad the guy was able to walk around though.........
Yeh Ducati's have a habit of compression locking if you go into a corner and drop down to low of a gear. It is why most of the newer ones have slipper clutches. Looks like it woulda hurt. Monster didn't come out to bad considering

yeah he probably downshifted way too much and dumped the clutch. If he was on a supermoto he would've slid around that corner like a pro!

he is lucky he didnt cut himself in half. ive worked accident scenes in the past where this has happened, rider gets dumped, and slides like this rider did along top of guardrail
