Just purchased an used Wacom Graphire3 in a cash converter.
I traced a photo of my GS :-D

i was going to say if that was free hand thats a hell of a lot better than i could do.
I used a photo of my GS in the bottom layer, and then added a layer where I did the traces.
After all the tracing, I removed the bottom layer and placed a white layer.
Then I added colour, and that's the result.
The graphic tablet is a lot better than a mouse for drawing jobs.

The freehand drawing is really good considering the perspective. Did you have the bike to look at or is that straight from your mind's eye?
Marc what is a cash converter? never heard the term before. anyways, the coloring job i do like. very nicely done. ( always wanted one of those wacom tablets. ) really find only one fault on the colored gs. the rear of the pipe didnt survive the flip/change. it appears upside down. but even with that, i must say OUTSTANDING :thumb:

Directly from my mind. It is a mixture of Kawasaky Zephir, Honda CB750, and Suzuki GS1100.

I'd guess that Cash Converter is a pawn shop or something similar.

I call it Crime Converters. Where all the crims can take their loot and exchange it for cash.

Nice drawings. I just recently upgraded from a Graphire to an Intuos and I can't believe it took me so long. What program did you use to draw them? The real advantage of the Intuos is the pressure sensitivity but you'll have fun setting it up to accommodate your personal style. Keep up the good work!

I used Gimp. I disconnected the brush dynamics so I didn't even use the pressure sensor.
I like simple line-art.
