I bought an 89 in november as a bit of a project for me and my father.
We rebuilt the front and back end, added a few odd bits that were missing and gave it a fresh coat of paint.
I'm new to the GS and I love how it turned out. Fun bike to zip around on. Took a bit getting used to as I was previously riding a Yamaha dual sport. No more dirt roads for me!

Looks great! I love that you put the effort into an original paint scheme and look for the bike.
