We used to have one of those. Heather originally wanted a Honda Fit but ended up going for the versa. You could fit so much stuff inside of it.

My 23 year old hilux extra cab (that's the little one) gets 29 mpg, at 75mph, with the AC blasting, hauling a piano. I will never complain about this truck, only 197000 miles.
The wifes 15 year old honnnder wagon still gets 29mpg at 75 mph, never smokes, never shimmies, never hesitates, for over 250000 miles.
The camry doesn't count, its only 13 years old with 120000 miles, so its like... new and boring still.

Small was the plan, I live in the city and wanted the smallest truck I could get with a 6 foot bed and enough of a back seat for the dogs to be happy. This truck has the best extended cab setup for dogs I could find, and it still ended up being way bigger than all of the other compact trucks out there. Bought it for hauling dogs and motorcycles, not to try and feel like more of a man. :thumb:

Think she looks any good? Just rolled over 177k miles! Runs perfect. She was my first vehicle and I'll always have her. Once I save up the money from riding my GS I'm gonna 4x4 convert this truck, lift it 9" and put it on 38" MT's and go to town in the mud. Because this is Florida, and it'll still be street legal lol
Ok well here's my '01 Ranger that my step-son is now driving to school, and my old daily driver '99 ZX2 with 250K miles.

Yep. Within 2 months of me owning the thing, the hood latch started to squeak bad. There's a TSB on it. The rubber bumper on the bottom of the hood needs to be 19mm long (it screws in). Anything less, and it squeaks bad. Now mind you, 19.1mm, and the bumper comes off. Thanks Nissan :cookoo:
The other day, I had to replace the rear brakes. I was under the car banging on the exhaust for loose heat shields for HOURS. Never did find the loose one. Didn't want to get underneath the car with the wife revving the engine to find said loose shield. That screams a YouTube "Hey y'all, watch 'is!" video.

Will somebody pay attention to me!!!!!
Don't be hatin because I stand out. Actually I as looking for a cheap truck to haul firewood and trash and building supplies and I came upon this for only $9000 with 80k on it. I have a brush guard an camper shell that came with it. I really couldn't turn it down. It has more than $9000 in aftermarket parts. Only drawback is the need to stop at EVERY gas station.

You don't stand out, you inject yourself in front of people for attention, it's different. You started a thread asking people what they drove so you could talk about your own cars, then you try to insult people when they answer, then you come back again trying to emphasize that you're better. I'd expect that on gixxer.com, but you're on the wrong forum if you're just looking for somewhere to brag. A website devoted to a 40hp motorcycle based mostly on 1970's technology really doesn't pull in the crowd you're looking for, we're all friends over here. :thumb:
I do believe you've taken me all wrong. If I wanted to insult people about their response I would not be talkin about a Tacoma, they are great trucks and almost all my friends have them. I get that maybe the joke about it not being a real truck doesn't carry over well everywhere. I glady give my friends crap about how they have crappy 1980's interiors and the engine sounds like my go-cart , In which they respond that I can't fit into any parking space and spend as much in gas as some do in a mortgage. It really is all in good fun. And I love talkin cars, I was building on cars long before I started riding. I'm just happy to talk about my cars as I would my bike in the respect that everyone else is welcome to do the same. Got a badass ride? let everyone know!!! If "where all friends here", then take the joke, It's not like I showing off a Bugatti
for every comment there is a misunderstanding and out of proportion reactive reply... happens everywhere .. all the time ... and ever will :icon_rolleyes:
real truck.......
its just a 1500 with big tires. I see them all the time broken down on the side of the road. If anyone has a late 70's dodge power wagon....please show Huff so he can understand with a "real" truck is. hehehe :flipoff: :flipoff: :flipoff:

that would be considered a tank, not a truck. My dad had one. Awesome except it contained more rust than good metal. Replace a section to only have the rest disappear around it. We also had a 77great GMC High Sierra 25, another rust covered tank.
