Title: Rubber 1" Mirror extentions?
Post by: bud_44 on June 15, 2012, 10:18:13 AM
I saw some one inch rubber mirror extentions here somewhere and now I can not find them.  I want to buy some for my 2008 GS500F.  I think they were $22.00 for one set.  Can someone please give me a link so I can go to them?  Thanks for your help.  I hope you are having as much fun as I am on your GS500.  Ride safe.

I love your handlebars and clutch levers etc. Look sooo much nicer than stock! Unfortunately I'm pretty broke at the moment and will probably keep my bike as stock as possible...apart from a few necessary cosmetic and safety upgrades  :thumb:

Add adidasguy's SW-MOTECH mirror wideners, then you have a place for your turn signal Led, no more looking like a senior citizen as you drive down the road with your blinker on!

They are for fairing mounted mirrors, as such, they would not work on a naked bike. If you're having problems with rearward visibility, try mirrors with longer stalks, or barend mirrors.

There are a couple different brands of mirror extensions for naked bikes.
Just search ebay for them or TwistedThrottle. SW Motec and other companies make them.

You can see them on Junior's mirrors.
