I've got a sticky float needle in my carb, that I realized a little late. A bit of gasoline went into my oil sump. Not much, I cut off the fuel supply as soon as I realized.
Question is.. can I just leave it alone? Maybe a half cup of gasoline at most got in. I just did an oil change before this and it wouldn't be fun to do another one.

Gas in oil is really bad. Since you just did an oil change, all you need to do is drain and re-fill. No need to replace the filter.
Are you sure gas went into the oil? How did it get in there? Does the oil smell of gas?
From what I read, if the carbs overflow some gas goes into the cylinders and seeps through the piston rings. Accurate? No idea. Oil has a slight gasoline smell to it.

That can happen.
Oil smelling of gasoline is always bad. Drain and put new oil in. Don't ride until you do it.
Agree.
Drain oil and put new one.
Old oil can be used to lubricate chain or other parts.
Oil with gas will easily leak through gear lever and sprocket seal ruining your shoes.
Half a cup into a 3 qt sump is about 4% fuel dilution. While significant, lots of carbureted bikes run with 2-3% in their oil and that is considered normal. If you're convinced it was less than 1/2 of a cup (<4 oz) I wouldn't dump the oil just for this. The oil will slowly evaporate when the bike is hot so the problem will "fix itself".
How did you notice the oil was getting in?
