Is it just me or does every quote on this forum now say /block quote /block quote on it?

No, I think it is you. It is QUOTE, not "blockquote"  :technical:

Nope but every one of the posts you quote in say that and are all muddled up.

Was just say in what done for bike today ... Icrlag posts looked completely fine at about 3pm east oz time ... Now they gone bung for comments I have seen as normal on the windows7 laptop at work

Viewed on my iPod now at 9pm and its as you all are saying?

okay, here's what caused that problem. A few days ago my smilies dissapeared so i went into my settings trying to find them and at one point checked this box
"Profile -> Modify Profile -> Account settings -> Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default"
if you know all of the quote / bold / italics settings and what not than you can use this setting effectively, if, like me, you werent paying attention than you have the /blockquote problem.

As I had said, the <blockquote> tag is actual HTML and viewers of posts cannot put it in, only the poster. Good that you worked it out for yourself.  :thumb:

I figured it was going to come down to something like that, ive worked with HTML so normally it wouldn't bother me, but i would have to memorize the set of rules for this forum and well i'm lazy  :D

i'm glad it was a setting not a forum code error  :woohoo:
