Thanks Cods. Yes, I have seen those. However, I believe they are knock-offs not OEM. As such they do not have convex mirrors and are flat, which is not what I want.

OEM mirrors are convex and have hardened foam in the back to help prevent them vibrating.

Have you tried checking the SVRider forums?  I was able to secure a pair for pennies within hours of registering this past weekend.

I registered and searched all their listings. Found a listing and sent a PM cause you cannot post unless you have 14 posts. No reply.

Obviously, you just happened to register and get in on it and find one "still available" between my checking their listings. Good luck to you.

I did manage to find some elsewhere. And they will be posted tomorrow. But that doesn't mean they will get here. So I'll wait and keep looking until I have secured them.

I'd actually like to acquire two sets, one set for each bike. So we'll see how I go...

These ones had been up for at least a couple months when I found them.  You might try revising your search.  I used "naked mirrors" as my search term.

Good luck,
Sean

I bet they are the same ones. Starboard was his user name. I sent a PM and he didn't reply. I just checked the listing and they Now say Sold. I sent him a message on the 14th. Oh well...

Looks like we have something in common!  I pm'ed Starboard as well and got the same response...zip.  This guy's name was ricracer16.

I will say that when I was perusing eBay, the knock-off SV650 mirrors from a company called BikeIt out of the UK were described as being convex.  As for whether or not they had foam padding behind the glass, I can't say.

Either way, if I come across a pair, I'll make sure to give you a head's up.
