Title: my 96...will def need help
Post by: robtech on July 26, 2012, 09:56:32 PM
so i picked up this gs from a buddy...it's always ran great (i actually learned how to ride motorcycles on this exact bike) but i got it after it got neglected for a bit and everything was kinda a mess...i know he simplified the rats nest of vacuum wiring but im not sure what the final product should be to make it run right...here's some pics to see whats goin on, any input would be awesome.

the vacuum outlets on the carbs are linked together with a piece of tube

the next two i'll post together

first is the overall, the second is the crankcase breather tube connects to the smaller tube....that tube goes into a t fitting with the carbs...

i had this bike running pretty decent once not too long ago but i was pretty drunk and dont remember what i did to sorta get it all sorted out, just kinda went on a mission and rode it down the street with a coke bottle of gas hooked up to the carbs for fuel...anyways i need to get this thing goin...been kinda busy so i havent had much time to mess with it in awhile...help...input would be amazing
