Title: Brake Master & Cable Clutch Perch w/ Levers
Post by: DaMuffinMan on August 05, 2012, 06:28:48 AM
Has anyone seen or possibly had experience with this set-up? The wife has small hands and the stock levers are a pain. The two things that worry me are the fact that there's no phone number for the web site or address, and it says it should only be used for up to 400cc. Any thoughts from the collective would be greatly appreciated. And btw, i've researched swapping out perches to to use adj. levers, as well as purchasing the pricey direct-fits from germany, would rather just do a straight swap with the added bling.

Based on the picture, this swap would still require a new clutch cable (same as if you just swapped clutch perches). I've bought from the company's ebay store (http://myworld.ebay.com/the2wheels/&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2754) without issue, except long shipping times because their stuff ships from Hong Kong. I assume that the 400cc rating is based on the brake master cylinder and whether it is able to provide sufficient braking force. The way I see it, your simplest solution is the LSL levers, as they are a direct swap. Only the clutch perch and cable need to be swapped if you want something other than the LSL levers, which isn't a big deal either.
