EDIT...added a little better picture. The first one was blurry
Can't figure out if I am lean, rich, or ok:

Jetted to 20/65/142.5 1 washer lunchbox with stock exhaust. 800' above sea level in Cincinnati OH.
Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks. jester
Looks a lot like mine -- a little bit of brown, but mostly white. I'm curious to see what folks around here say about them, too.
Uh, out of focus?

squint your eyes ... it kinda works! :icon_rolleyes:
White on the hook and electrode = lean.
From my little research on this topic, I think it looks lean, but possibly a little rich at idle.
Thanks everyone. My exhaust valves are TIGHT (just got done checking them). Wonder if that has something to do with it. 2009 F model 9200 miles.
Intake RH & LH .05mm
Exhaust LH <.03mm
Exhaust RH .04mm.
I'll check tomorrow after 24 hours "stone cold" and see if anything has changed. Was last run 6 hours ago.
EDIT: So I went from 2.78mm shims on the exhaust to 2.65mm. Started up, and I noticed some things:
1. Warm-up is extremely fast now.
2. Any stumbling when cold is gone.
3. No more stalling when I slow to a stop sign or a stop light.
4. Overall runs better.
I was chasing everyhing BUT the valves (air cleaner, rejet, plugs, PAIR removal) and it was the valves. Will NEVER let it go more than 4000 miles again. Lesson learned.
