Title: fuel tank leak

ok so the new bike I bought developed a leak, I drianed everything and cleaned carbs,refueled and let sit over night and now I have a small gas leak coming from lower area near the seam, has anyone ever had to have a tank fixed and what does it cost

There are tank sealers like Kreem that you could try yourself without taking it to a shop.  Used something similar years ago on a different bike -- it was pretty easy to do and worked well.
