I passed my 06 down to my son. He may show up here on the forum. Thanks to all of you for the advice, tips, and entertainment the last few years. Much appreciated!
You can should buy another bike or at least tell him to join us ;)
I am getting a new(or at least new to me) bike in November/December. Looking at the cruiser market.
Mmmm, I'll probably consider a cruiser too when I get too old for a sporty GS. JK Grommett2k, a quick look at your first post 4 years ago indicates you are about the same age as my oldest grandson. :icon_lol:

That means you will not be a full member of the West Seattle GS500 Club. You can only be an "Associate Member"

No mo G S
Sing that to the tune of "no more tears" by ozzy and put it on yoooo toooobe, it will go viral and you'd make tons of $$$ and buy a GS with that.

Yeah, I will be 43 yrs young this year. It is very cool to pass the bike on to my son. He is 23 and it is his first bike. He went through MSF course last week and he is excited to be out there on the road. Patrick, I have a box of parts for you. Couple of things you gave me that never made it onto the bike, and some other things. Set of flushmounts, etc.
