Anyone know how to adjust this? I'm ok on the preload .The blue/gold adjustors on top are marked COMP S--H. I'm assuming low and high speed compression..got that. But, what's the bottom screw Is it the rebound? It's marked with S--H and TEN. How would this adjust anything?

Hello pliskin,

the blue hex bolt adjusts the low-speed compression damping where the gold nut is for the high-speed compression damping adjustment.

You are right about the bottom screw, it is the low-speed rebound damping clicker.

You can check those here too (select the '09 model)
