Title: If your running LB+Full Jardine=What jet set
Post by: GSF500 on September 01, 2012, 09:40:49 AM
I see people are running alittle different setups, I ordered a K&N Lunch box + Full Jardine Exhaust and would like to know what jet kit setting your running. If I buy just the Jets, Do I need anything else? Different needle, washers, clip......etc
I understand that the information below is a great starting point...I have a 2007F.

1) K&N Pod or Lunchbox Air Filter + Sports Exhaust = 20/65/145 or

2)Pilot 22.5, mid-main 65, main 147.5, washers 3 (M3/3 mm, not #4) turns out 2.5, full Jardine exhaust.

A note to "The Buddha" I am interested in buying a jet kit from you but I don't have a PayPal account. If we could do buisness another way let me Know....Thanks. :thumb:

Start with 20/65/147.5
I would recommend buying a few extra jets either side of that as it will vary depending on your bike/fuel/altitude. I'd buy 20, 62.5, 65, 145, 147.5 & 150.
Jets are available from Budda or eBay eg. http://www.ebay.com/itm/150637795630 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/150637795630)
If you don't have adjustable needles us M3 stainless washes to shim as required.
Please ensure your float heights are correctly set when you put the carbs back together.
